Modify an order

If you need to modify an order already placed on Rebel Refine, contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number and the change you would like to make. If the order has not yet been prepared or sent for shipping, we will do our best to make the requested change.

Once the order has been prepared, forwarded to the supplier or shipped, some changes may no longer be possible, including changes to products, quantities, selected options or the delivery address. Our team will then advise you on the most suitable solution.
