Multiple parcels

A Rebel Refine order may be delivered in multiple parcels when products are supplied from different partners or warehouses. Parcels can therefore be dispatched separately and arrive on different dates.

Receiving only part of your order does not necessarily mean that an item is missing. Check any available tracking information and, if you are unsure, contact us with your order reference so that we can check the remaining shipments.
