To create an account on Rebel Refine, open the sign-in area and choose the option to create a new account. Enter the requested information, including your identity, email address and password.

Use an email address you can access and choose a secure password. Once the account has been created, you can more easily find your personal information and the available details relating to your orders.

To sign in, open the account sign-in area and enter the email address and password linked to your Rebel Refine account. Check the email spelling and Caps Lock status if access fails.

If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset function rather than creating several accounts with different addresses. This helps you keep access to the history linked to your existing account.

If you have forgotten your password, use the link provided on the sign-in page and enter the email address linked to your account. A password reset message can then be sent to you.

Check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder. For security, never send your password to customer service and choose a new password that is different from those used on other services.

From your customer area, you can update certain personal information available in your account, such as contact details or the data offered in the profile form. Save the changes before leaving the page.

For an order already placed, updating your profile does not automatically change the information used for that order. If a correction is needed on an active order, contact customer service promptly.

Your account may allow you to save or manage one or more delivery addresses. Carefully check the name, street, postcode, city, country and telephone number before selecting an address for a new order.

Changing a saved address after an order has been confirmed does not necessarily change the address already sent for that order. If there is an error on an active order, contact Rebel Refine as quickly as possible.

When you order using your account, the order history area lets you find the available information about your purchases, including the reference, date, amount and status shown for each order.

Open an order to view its details and any available documents. If an expected order does not appear, check that you are signed in with the same email address that was used for the purchase.
