Problem with an order

If you experience a problem with your order, have your order number, name and a clear description of the issue ready. For an incorrect, damaged or incomplete product, include photos of the product, parcel and shipping label whenever they are useful.

Then contact Rebel Refine customer service so that we can review the order and offer the appropriate solution. Please do not return a product before receiving the correct return instructions and return address.
