To make a complaint, contact Rebel Refine and explain the facts clearly and in chronological order. Include your identity, order number, product concerned, important dates and the solution you are requesting.

Attach useful supporting documents such as photographs, tracking screenshots or previous correspondence. Keep a copy of your message and do not return the product before receiving the appropriate instructions for your case.
