Delivery delay

If your parcel appears to be delayed, first check the carrier tracking and compare it with the delivery information provided when you ordered. Delays may occasionally occur during transit, especially during busy periods or logistics checks.

If the indicated delivery period has passed or the tracking no longer progresses, contact Rebel Refine with your order number and tracking number if available. We can then carry out the necessary checks with the relevant partner.
