Parcel marked delivered but not received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, check your mailbox, shared building areas and any possible safe place, and ask members of your household, neighbours or concierge whether they accepted it.

If the parcel still cannot be found, contact Rebel Refine promptly with your order number and tracking number. We may ask for additional information so that the necessary checks can be opened with the carrier.
